A Youngster Regained His Hair and Confidence with Homeopathy

A 22-year-old youngster, Mr. X. Y. Z. (PIN: 50044) visited the Chembur clinic on 10th December 2022 with a complaint of hair fall. He was referred to Life Force by one of our old patients who had got good results with Life Force treatment. He had experienced hair fall in the last 1-2 years with a loss of volume and density of hair from vertex and frontal hairline. He also complained of dandruff which troubled him with severe itching. His hair used to fall from the roots while combing, touching his hair, and washing the hair. Also, no new hair growth was a major concern he presented with.

Physical Generals:

He was a vegetarian with a reduced appetite. He craved chocolates, eggs, and spicy food. The patient would experience moderate perspiration and unsatisfactory stools.

Personal and Family Medical History:

The patient had a history of Tuberculosis, Renal stones, and Malaria. He was operated on for an inguinal hernia that he had developed due to heavy weight lifting during a workout. He was an intern working in a digital marketing company.

Medical History:

He also had other associated complaints such as allergic rhinitis, constipation, acne, etc. for which he was taking conventional medicine.

At Life Force:

Dr. Shah studied the case and prescribed Phosphorus 30 after careful analysis of his case. He also provided the patient with dietary recommendations for his ailments.

Follow-Ups:

At the first follow-up on 25th January 2023, his relief from hair fall was 10% better. There was no change in the dandruff.

In the next follow-up on 22nd March, there was a reduction in the hair fall and dandruff. But, there was no change in the itching of the scalp. The patient had experienced an improvement in the volume and texture of hair.

In his coming follow-ups, he improved wonderfully with a reduction in his hair fall to a minimum. He had no complaints of dandruff and itching of the scalp. He desired hair growth and an increase in the volume of hair.

After 8 months of successful treatment, the patient was completely free of his hair fall and had a good volume and density of hair. He now had the hair he always wanted.

Good skin and hair are very important aspects of one’s personality in today's world and any hair fall can lead to loss of self-confidence; so, treating it becomes a necessity.

This case illustrates that homeopathy works very well in treating the complaints of hair fall which has become very common nowadays due to stressful lifestyles, pollution, and cosmetic exposure around us which cannot be avoided. Homeopathy works at the root of the problem and hence gives the desired result to the patient. It helps minimize hair fall and improve hair volume and texture gently, effectively, and safely without any side effects.
