A 15-year-old boy from Australia, Mast. S.E. (PIN LFMPL: 27175) reported to the clinic with complaints of Eczema on his cubital Fossa (front side of elbow joint) and the popliteal fossa (behind knee joint) that he was experiencing since childhood, however, his complaints had aggravated after shifting to Australia from Malaysia. He was experiencing intense itching which led to bleeding from the eruptions. There had not been a complete remission of his complaints anytime. Eczema is aggravated by the spring season and particularly at night. He was treated with steroid ointments on and off with no complete relief anytime.
The appearance of the skin was very dry, rough, and purple-red. In January 2022, after 3 months of starting the treatment, his eczema was still dominant on the left forearm and the skin there was better by only 10%. However, his recovery from eczema in the rest parts of his body was a lot better. The eruptions on his legs, right arm, back, and neck had healed.
His symptomatology of itching and scaling was relieved to a large extent; the frequency of itch was increased but was not terrible as before.
