Ten year chronic urticaria completely resolved

A male patient named S.Z. (Patient ID: 36612), aged 39 years, visited Life Force for his urticaria on 27th April 2018. He had been suffering from urticaria for 10 years. He was mainly complaining of rashes that appeared after scratching. The patient reported dermatographism. There was no itching or angioedema present. Earlier, the episodes were occurring in winter only, but now they occur in all seasons.

Associated complaints: He was also suffering from IBS, for which he was taking treatment at Life Force only.

Physical generals: His diet was a mix of veg & non-veg food. He used to like fish & chicken. There was no aversion to any other specific food.

He was thermally ambithermal.

Personal history:  He was working as an IT engineer at the Hexaware company. His spouse had earned a Ph.D.

Mental generals:  In childhood, he was very aggressive & impatient, but his behavior reduced over time. There was impatience related to his profession.

At Life Force:

Follow-up:

In the next follow-up, which was taken on 18th November 2018, the patient mentioned that there was an overall 70 percent improvement noted by him. There was not a single episode noted by him & he was very happy with the results. Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed medicines for another one & half months.

In the next follow-up, which was taken on 18th February 2019, the patient mentioned that there was a total of 80 percent improvement overall. No episodes had been noted by the patient. Based on this information, Dr. Shah prescribed medicines for another one & half months.

In the last follow-up, which was taken on 1st May 2019, the patient mentioned that there was complete improvement & no episodes were noted by the patient over the last 5-6 months. According to this information, Dr. Shah prescribed medicines for another one & half months.

Conclusion:

This case of urticaria showed remarkable improvement & complete recovery with individualized homeopathic treatment, highlighting the effectiveness of homeopathy in managing acute as well as chronic allergic skin conditions in a gentle & holistic manner.
