Lagos Nigeria Patient Benefited from Online Homeopathy for Lichen Planopilaris

A 47-year-old woman, Mrs. V.K. (Patient ID: 49317), based in Laos, South Africa, took an online appointment for the complaints of multiple tiny scarred spots with hyperpigmentation on the scalp, with tenderness, pain, and mild itching, along with moderate hair fall for the last 4 months. She was not under any medication. Upon examination, mild redness was observed in the area. The condition was diagnosed as lichen planopilaris.

Physical Generals:

The patient had a mixed diet with an average appetite. Sleep was good in different positions. Her bowel movements were normal. Menses were also regular.
