Bank Manager Recovers from Cervical Spondylosis with Homeopathy

A 45-year-old male, Mr. M.M. (Patient ID:50635), visited Life Force Homeopathy with the problem of cervical spondylosis. He was suffering from it for 5-6 months. It started with pain and stiffness in the neck and later it kept increasing. The pain used to travel from the neck to the shoulders. His pain and stiffness were severe in the morning. The patient was not able to move his neck freely. He visited us on 12th February 2023 and started with the treatment.  
The patient had an average appetite. There was a specific desire for sweets and an aversion to vegetables. His thirst was adequate. There were no issues with urine and stool. His sleep was often disturbed due to pain. 
The patient was working as an operational manager in a bank. He used to sit and work for long hours. His wife was a homemaker. He was very reserved by nature. There was often stress related to work. He was stressed as there was a lot of workload and he could not focus on work due to pain.
He never had any major past illnesses. His family also did not have any major diseases.
After studying the case in detail, Dr.Shah prescribed him research-based homeopathic medicines. He was also advised to diet and exercise to follow along with medicines. Also, he was suggested to check for his calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin B12 levels which also play an important role in recovery.
Follow-ups:
On 23rd May 2023, the patient reported little improvement with the medicines. The pain and stiffness were reduced a little more than before. Overall there was a gradual change with medicines.
On 4th September 2023, the patient updated that he was further better with the medicines. The pain and stiffness was very much reduced. He was able to do neck movements normally. There was overall improvement with the medicines. 
On 23rd January 2024, the patient updated to be 90% percent better now. The pain was very minimal. The stiffness was very much reduced than before. The patient was very happy with the results. He was able to focus on work now and do his day-to-day activity.

Conclusion:
During the entire course of treatment, the patient did not need any conventional (allopathic) medicines, which showed that homeopathy alone was effective in his case. The homeopathic medicines are safe, gentle, and non-invasive, causing no side effects. His recovery was slow but steady, with noticeable improvement at each follow-up. The patient also followed the lifestyle and exercise advice given by the doctor, which helped speed up his healing. As the pain and stiffness reduced, he was able to move his neck freely again. Gradually, he regained full physical mobility and could carry out all his daily activities without discomfort.
