A 65-year-old female, Mrs. R. U. (Patient ID: 16664), approached life force homeopathy for her Lichen planus issue in June 2011 and stopped medication by April 2015. She was very stable and asymptomatic and had no issues with Lichen planus for the next 10 years plus. Again recently, in September 2024, there were relapses, causing new active lesions in hands and legs. Presenting symptoms of the patient:
The patient was presented with new multiple lichen planus lesions in the both upper and lower limbs. She was having intense itching and dryness in the area. Hyperpigmented spots were in multiple areas in legs and hands. Patient was worried and approached Dr. Shah for medicines.

Follow ups:
After 1 month of medicine intake, the case was again reviewed for further treatment progress. On 24.09.2024, the patient was not getting much relief and the spread was not stabilized. She was worried with intense itching and new lesions in both hands and legs. She was prescribed some additional medicines for immediate relief.
On 20.10.2024, spread was slowed down, but itching was slightly better. Mild new lesions appeared in hands, thighs, back, and shoulder. Dryness persisted. Patient had intense body heat like hot flushes.
