100% Phenomenal Relief From Chronic Migraine In 1 Year With Treatment At Life Force

A migraine is a severe headache that is often associated with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light. Sometimes migraine headaches are preceded by certain warning symptoms such as flashing lights, wavy lines, dots, blurry vision, or blind spots in vision. These symptoms are called an aura.

Some of the common triggers of migraine include stress, irregular sleep schedule, hormonal changes, caffeine and alcohol, changes in weather and diet, dehydration, bright light, strong smell, drug overuse, etc.

Case Study:

A 26-year-old patient (PIN: 26725) approached Life Force Homeopathy’s Vashi Branch on 9th September 2015 for her complaints of migraine that she had been suffering from for 10 years.

Often, her complaints started with body aches and feverish sensations, after which headaches started increasing gradually. She had hammering type of pain mainly on either side of the head, top of head, forehead, eyes, and nape of the neck. The pain was so intense that she often felt like pulling her hair to ease the pain. She had sleepless nights almost daily due to the pain. The patient had increased irritability during the headache episodes and often preferred staying alone in a silent room. She also experienced blurred vision and breathing difficulties during the episodes.

Her complaints were often triggered by traveling, loud noise, exposure to cold air, and exposure to the sun and cloudy weather. She often got relief with painkillers or by taking absolute rest and by placing cucumber slices on top of the eyes and head. She was dependent on painkillers almost 2-3 times a week.

Self and Family’s Medical History:

Her history of ailments was asked about and updated. Also, her family history of ailments was updated.

A detailed case history was taken and considering both her mental and physical generals.

Physical Generals:

The patient had an average appetite. She craved sour, spicy, and sweet delicacies, among which her favorite was chicken, fish, and chocolates.

She didn’t like vegetables much. Her thirst was below average, and she drank 1-1.5 liters of water daily. She experienced average perspiration and couldn’t tolerate the cold weather. She was often sensitive to the drafts of cold air. Her bowel movement was satisfactory, and she had no urinary complaints. She had disturbed sleep and often preferred lying on the right side. She often had dreams of her daily routine during her sleep.

Psychological Make-Up:

She had a very happy childhood and a well-supportive family background. She also had a very satisfactory marital relationship.

She was short-tempered and usually would cool down easily. The slightest contradiction would make her angry. Her irritation was felt more when she had a headache. She was very straightforward yet sensitive to the sufferings of others, particularly that of her mother. She often would weep easily and be very sensitive to criticism. She also had anxiety about her mother's health. She was introverted and selective about making friends. Often, she took time to mix with others. She also had stage fear. She often felt nervous and experienced an increased palpitation when she had to speak in public or in front of a crowd.

Her intellectual sphere was also considered. Her memory, perception, logic, intelligence, and analysis all were good.

Her general and systemic examination was done, and her BP and weight were checked and updated.

Dr. Shah analyzed the whole case history and prescribed medicines to the patient.

Follow-Ups:

At the first follow-up on 9th November 2015, the patient was 5% better.

By 17th February 2016, the patient was about 30%-40% better.

At the follow-up on 13th April 2016, the patient was 70% better. Also, she had almost stopped the usage of painkillers for the past 2 months.

In the subsequent follow-ups, the patient was further better. And within one year, she fully recovered from her chronic migraine issue.

The patient was extremely happy and thankful to Dr. Shah and the team for the beautiful results. Also, was very happy as she was no longer dependent on painkillers.

Conclusion:

This case illustrates that homeopathic treatment for migraine is based on the individual case study of the patient’s disease, its causative factors, the genetic pattern, mindset, etc.  This holistic approach helps correct the psychosomatic pathways and genetic predisposition, thereby treating migraine from within. Homeopathy offers relief from migraine pain incredibly and safely without any side effects.
