S. A., an upcoming actor (Pin Number – L-10999) visited Dr Shah for the treatment of his urticaria.
He was suffering from hives with extensive itching all over the body since 7 to 8 months. He would get episodic rashes atleast one or two times in a day. In the morning hours the hives would flare badly. He was on Atarax practically every alternate day, and whenever he discontinued his it, the rashes would reappear.
The constant itching would irritate him a lot and distract him in his work.
Associated with his urticaria, he complained of gastritis with burning sensation since five years, it would last for around 4 or 5 days.
He was very anxious and restless, constantly preoccupied with thoughts about work and home. This would make his gastritis worse. He was on antacids with little relief of his complaints. His work, late night shoots, irregular eating and sleeping hours contributed to his illness.
He had craving for salt and milk, there was intolerance to heat. Exposure to sun and bright light would cause headache for him. His bowel movements were satisfactory.
He was also into production, and was working with his uncle in their home production. Quite often he would have stress owing to constant ups and downs on the work front.
He used to stay with his wife and 2 year old daughter.
When he was young, he was a child artiste. He used to act in movies when he was 7 or 8 years old. So, the world of cinema was not new to him.
He was friendly and social. He would have frequent arguments with his over trifles and they would always end into quarrels. He did not like her interference in his life. He had found a new support system in a friend with whom he would share all his feelings. He would get deeply hurt and often wept alone. At home he would play with his daughter and was indifferent towards wife.
After studying his case Dr Shah prescribed the indicated homeopathic medicines to him. He responded very well to the treatment right from the first dose. He stopped with the Atarax 3 days after starting with our treatment and there was no episode of urticaria therafter.
First follow up
In 4 weeks his urticaria was 50% better.
Second follow up
In span of 4 months, he recovered completely. There was no recurrence of the hives. His acidity and stress levels had reduced substantially.
Third follow up
He felt much better and was able to focus better on his work.
