A 4-year-old boy, Mr. N.J. (PIN: 28608) visited Life Force and started treatment for his complaint of Vitiligo on 5th December 2009.He was suffering from vitiligo for the past year. The patient presented with hypopigmented spots on his face and at the corners of his mouth. The disease was spreading gradually. Initially, he followed conventional treatment and medicines, but they did not help him much.
Physical Generals
The patient had an average appetite. He had a specific desire for fruits and disliked all kinds of vegetables. His thirst was average. The child used to sleep late at night but his sleep was good and refreshing.
The patient was studying in a school. His father was a software manager, and his other was a homemaker.
Mental Sphere
It was noticed that the child was very shy and restless. He often used to get irritated easily. He always wanted his parents’ attention.The patient had no major history of any illness. Also, no major illnesses were present in his family.
After studying the case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed some research-based homeopathic medicines along with dietary tips to the patient.
Follow-Ups
On 16th August 2010, the patient’s mother reported that there was a lot of improvement noticed in the patient with the medicines. The spots were gradually fading. Re-pigmentation was observed. The spread of the disease was completely under control. The patient was advised to take vitamin supplements along with the medicines.
The patient’s parents stopped the treatment after that as they felt he was entirely well.On 21st April 2014, the patient’s parents reported that he was perfectly fine, but he had a fall while playing football and got both his knees hurt. His wounds healed, but, now, he had developed white patches on that area. After studying the case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed medicines to the patient.
On 22nd April 2015, the patient’s father reported that he was 50%-60% better with the medicines. No new spots were noticed. Re-pigmentation was observed in the old spots. He was overall improving with the medicines.
On 3rd May 2016, the patient’s parents reported that a gradual improvement in recovery from the condition was noticed in the knee spots. The spread was completely under control. No new spots had developed, and re-pigmentation was occurring in the old ones gradually.
On 13th March 2017, the patient’s parents reported that he was stable with the medicines. No further re-pigmentation was noticed. The spots were neither increasing nor decreasing. Based on this feedback, Dr. Shah reviewed the case and prescribed medicines to the patient.
On 20th April 2019, the patient’s parents updated us that he was further better with the medicines. He had experienced almost complete recovery from the vitiligo spots with the medicines. No new spots were noticed after he started our homeopathic treatment. A slow and steady improvement in re-pigmentation was observed.
On 23rd January 2021, the patient’s parents reported that the patient is perfectly fine now. The right knee is almost 90% re-pigmented and the left is 100% re-pigmented. The patient and his family were very happy with the improvement in the recovery from vitiligo.
