Mr. C. N. M. (PIN 15361) visited Life Force on 20th January 2011. He complained of anxiety, erectile dysfunction, and labile hypertension since 1 – 2 years. He was 51 years old apprehensive and worrisome person. He complained of shivering and anxiety, mainly after sexual intercourse. He would often feel depressed and not feel like socializing. He would have negative thoughts and could not enjoy his work. He would feel tired and fatigue. He had visited a psychiatrist who had prescribed him 3 – 4 anti-anxiety tablets. His blood pressure would shoot up when he would visit any doctor. He was also taking 6 tablets to control his blood pressure. He would have delayed orgasm and would not get the erection for a long time. He would experience shivering and anxiety if he could not perform for 2 – 3 days at a stretch. He was disturbed by his symptoms and was in a desperate need for a solution.
His appetite was average. He liked sweets and spicy food. He would occasionally consume tobacco and alcohol. He was sensitive to the warm weather. He was stout in appearance. His perspiration was normal. His sleep used to be disturbed.
He was working as a clerical staff in a bank. His wife was in administration in income tax department. His daughter was 19 years old and studying.
He would often get panic thinking about his ailments. All his family members were apparently healthy, which was more worrisome for him.
He was suffering from high blood pressure since the age of 19. He had undergone an angioplasty at the age of 35.
Dr. Shah prescribed him Argentum Nitricum 1m along with a few research-based medicines after a detailed case study.

He visited on 13th September 2012 with further improvement in his overall health. His erectile dysfunction had improved by 50%. His relief from anticipatory anxiety was further improved. He would often feel tired after coming home from work. His case was reviewed and medicines were upgraded.
He reported on 28th January 2013 with overall 70% improvement. His anxiety was relieved by 60%. His sexual complaints were further improved. He was calm and could feel the change in himself.
He was happy to report on 14th April 2013 that his family had noticed positive changes in him. He said, “People are saying I am much better”. His anxiety was relieved of to a great extent. His negative thoughts were under his control. His sexual complaint had also relieved significantly.
Conclusion:
This case highlights that homeopathy is effective in providing a great relief from anxiety and associated complaints successfully and safely without any side-effects.
