A 10-year-old child, Mast. A.B. (PIN: 43476) visited Borivali clinic of Life Force on 18th August 2020 for getting his skin complaints treated. He was suffering from dry and itchy skin, hyperpigmentation, roughness, and bleeding after scratching more below the eyes. Moisturizing lotions and creams, sometimes steroid cream, used to provide him temporary relief.
He was also suffering from rhinitis since childhood. Every morning he used to experience 10-15 bouts of sneezing with watering eyes and swelling below eyes, which used to last for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

The child was a vegan and had an average appetite. He liked eating sour and spicy food and tomatoes a lot. The patient had less liking for sweets.  His milestones were perfectly normal and healthy. All his vaccinations were done with no complaints.

The child was very confident and expressive. He used to get irritable once angry. He had a fear of insects. The child had a good memory.

Follow-Ups:
At the first follow-up after following the homeopathic medicines for 6 weeks, the child was much better by almost 50%. His relief in rhinitis complaints was a lot better by 60% to 70%. 

In the subsequent follow-ups, the child experienced a great improvement in his recovery. 

In 6-8 months of following the homeopathic treatment, the patient’s recovery from all his complaints improved by 80% to 90%.

Conclusion:
This unique case proves that Homeopathy treats stubborn patients of atopic dermatitis in children safely and with no side effects.
