5 years old, Master Shloka Bhatia (L-9118), had been suffering from frequent cold and cough. Sneezing, thick yellowish nasal discharge, cough with vomiting of expectoration, every 2-3 months lasting for a week, since past 2-3 years. It would increase on taking cold food, cold drinks and colored sweets and exposure to dust.

There was a family history of frequent colds, asthma and cancer.
