She was suffering from a lot of itching over her lesions. She had applied steroid on it. After stopping its application, her eruptions used to get aggravated gradually.

Besides lichen planus, she was also suffering from osteoarthritis of both the knees. She couldn’t walk a longer distance than usual.

She was lecturer by profession. Her husband was working in a research lab. Her son was an architecture, and her daughter was studying designing.
There was no specific past history.
In her family, her father had died due to esophageal ruptured. He had osteoarthritis and acidity. Her mother was suffering from tuberculosis of lung. Her sister had osteoarthritis and renal problem.
