She came with recent history of patchy baldness since 3 months which presented as multiple big round bald patches on scalp which were spreading rapidly. At the 2 months follow up (Feb 2010) Miss L.J reported spread has stopped and there were no new patch since a month. The existing patches were as it is. She developed hope of recovery but was very anxious. Dr Shah counselled her explained the disease process.
