She had developed hyperpigmented & spherical spots scattered on her forearms, abdomen, back, both thighs, breast, and inguinal region for two-three months. Also, she was suffering from oral and genital lichen planus. She was experiencing increased salivation and burning in the mouth. Her disease was progressing very rapidly for the last 2 months. She had fair skin, and she was of average build. She was vegetarian by diet. She desired sweet food and fruits. There was an aversion to spicy food present in her case. Her thirst and perspiration were average. Her bowel movements were not satisfactory. Her sleep was sound.
She was working in the pathology department at Bombay hospital. Her husband was retired.
