A 62-Year-Old Patient With Multiple Metabolic Conditions Cured From Allergic Rhinitis With Life Force Homeopathy!

A 62-year-old male patient (patient ID: 29665) from Hyderabad approached us in June 2023 to treat his allergic rhinitis of 12 years. He used to have a runny nose with sticky phlegm, sneezing, and dry cough when exposed to dust. The episodes were milder earlier but have been progressing for the last year, as he was constantly exposed to dust particles from construction work near his home. The patient had to depend on conventional treatment, consisting of antihistamines and antibiotics, which helped for short-term relief until the next episodes.

Associated illness :

The patient was a known case of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, IHD (ischaemic heart disease with a stent placed), and hypercholesterolemia and was stable with conventional medications for the last 13 years.

Apart from these, he had borderline prostatomegaly. Also, the patient had earlier undergone homeopathic treatment from Lifeforce for trigeminal neuralgia, peripheral neuropathy, contact dermatitis, and osteoarthritis with 98 % relief.

Family history of illness :

There was no history of similar complaints except for hypertension and diabetes mellitus in his family.

Personal setup :

The patient was a retired bank manager and also a civil engineer by profession. After retirement, he devoted much of his time to overseeing construction work. He was happily married and lived with his wife, as his two daughters were married off, while his parents had expired long back due to old age.

At Life Force :

Based on his case details, Dr. Shah prescribed homeopathic medicines for him. Few blood investigations were advised as well. As he had availed himself of online treatment, his medicines were couriered to his location.

Follow-ups  :

On the 25th of July, the patient gave feedback that all symptoms had reduced significantly and he did not require to take any conventional medicines as well. Based on his feedback, he was again prescribed by Dr. Shah for another eight weeks of medicines.

Further follow-up on the 7th of September : The patient reported no major episodes and no requirement for conventional medicines. He was further prescribed for another eight weeks by Dr. Shah.

On the 18th of October 2023, the patient mentioned he was well, with no complaints at all. He was prescribed by Dr. Shah again for another eight weeks.

At the next follow-up on the 20th of Dec 2023, the patient reported having a mild runny nose after being exposed to dust from a construction site. He had been at the site continuously for 10 to 12 days. He had taken a dose of an antihistamine once. There were no other complaints. Based on his feedback, Dr. Shah prescribed him eight weeks of homeopathic medicines and asked him to update.

After about three months, on the 7th of March 2024, the patient happily reported he had no episodes at all and never needed to take any conventional medicines, despite having exposure to dust almost daily. He was further prescribed homeopathic medicines for another eight weeks by Dr. Shah. Also, he was asked to be regular in his follow-up.

For the next six to eight months, the patient was without any complaints despite being exposed to dust almost daily as he was supervising the construction work. He was prescribed by Dr. Shah lastly and asked to stop treatment as he was completely cured.

Conclusions :

The above case study shows the excellent therapeutic effects of homeopathic treatment in allergic rhinitis. The homeopathic medicines improve the immune system to aid the body''s self-healing capacity, which reflects in long-term benefits. Also, the medicines are safe and without any side effects and strongly recommended for all from young age to older age groups alike.

Along with homeopathic medicines, the patient was taking conventional treatment for the rest of his ailments as well. Also, he was taking our homeopathic treatment for four other major chronic complaints as well. This shows that homeopathic medicines do not interact with each other in such cases and can be taken without any concern.
