(PIN: 46528) walked into Life Force Santacruz (West) clinic on 17th October 2021 for the treatment of his complaints of Allergic Rhinitis that he was suffering for the last 15 years. He was experiencing the stoppage of his nose with blocked nostrils, particularly in the morning during the episodes. He had episodes twice a month. His condition was progressive and the episodes would last for 3 days.
