Mrs. N.R.G (Patient Identification Number 5849) was suffering from Lichen Planus (LP) since 4 months. She had purplish lesions of LP on hands, legs and abdomen. Itching was severe. It was more at night and after eating sour food. She had used oral steroids or a month. It gave her temporary relief, but new lesions started coming after stopping steroids. She wanted permanent cure for her LP. One of her friends, who had taken treatment at Life Force suggested her to consult Dr. Rajesh Shah. She visited Life Force on 9th July 2003. Her case was taken in detail.

She had average appetite She was fond of fish. She would not like sweets much. Thirst and bowel habits were normal. Perspiration was more on face. She would feel more comfortable in cold weather. Sleep was sound.

Mrs. N.R.G was a home maker staying in nuclear family with her husband and two children. She was fastidious and disciplined by nature. She would not like to keep her work pending. She was anxious about her children. She was religious. She would easily get hurt and would weep easily. She was more comfortable in company. She would not share her emotions easily with others. She would keep on thinking about past events. She had become irritable because of her Lichen Planus and wanted to get of it as early as possible.

Her case was studied in detail by Dr. Rajesh Shah and constitutional medicine along with research based homeopathic medicines were prescribed. In the first two months of the treatment, there was no improvement in her LP. Itching was almost same. There were no new lesions of LP. Her feedback was studied and medicines were upgraded.

On 3rd November 2003, she reported 30-40% improvement in her LP. All the lesions had started healing. Itching was better by 30-40%. On 26th December 2003, there was further improvement. All lesions had healed and only hyper pigmented marks were there. Itching was better by 60-70%. Her irritability had reduced.

By 15th February 2004, she was 90-95% recovered from her LP. Hyper pigmented marks had faded. Itching was stopped completely. She was very happy and satisfied with the treatment.
