Due to urticaria, the patient’s daily life may be disturbed. With the help of antihistamine tablets, we can get the result for the time being, so this case study shows the fast and excellent result of homeopathy in chronic urticaria.
This case study concerns an eleven-year-old boy, Master A.C. (Patient ID: 55674), who visited the Life Force Homeopathy Vashi branch on September 22, 2024, to address his 2-year-old chronic urticaria complaint. He had hive formation throughout his body, accompanied by severe itching, redness, and a burning sensation. His urticaria episodes appeared approximately once every two months. He had taken conventional medicines like antihistamines, prednisolone, and steroid tablets also. He got the result for the time being, but the result was not sustained for a longer duration. His studies were disturbed due to this disease, so his parents decided to start homeopathy at Life Force.
During the case details, the patient informed that he was non-vegetarian by diet. He was fond of sweets and lassi. He didn’t like bitter gourd and ketchup. His bowel movement and micturition were normal. His sleep was good. He was studying in class 6th. His father was an engineer and his mother was working as HR.
Mentally, he was a clever and anxious child. He had a fear of ghosts and darkness. The patient had meningitis at the age of 5 years. In his family, his father has allergic rhinitis, his grandfather (paternal side) has hypertension, and his grandmother has cardiomyopathy. Dr. Rajesh Shah studied his case. On the totality of symptoms, Dr. Shah prescribed him Carcinosin 30 two doses, and his research-based medicine. The patient was guided about a specific diet and some blood investigations.
The patient did the blood investigations, and accordingly, he was suggested vitamin supplements.
Follow-Ups
After taking 5 weeks of medicine, he gave his first feedback on 8th November. He didn’t suffer from any episode of hive formation in that duration. He stopped all conventional medicines after starting homeopathic medicine. He was regular with his medicine and vitamin supplements. He properly followed the suggested diet and other restrictions. Based on his symptoms, he was prescribed the next 6 weeks of medicine.
On 19th Dec 2024, he gave his feedback and informed that after starting homeopathic medicine, he didn’t face any episodes of hive formation. Earlier, every 2 months, he had suffered from urticaria episodes and he was too tired of taking conventional medicines. Now, there were no episodes in the last 3 months, and he was taking only homeopathic medicine. His parents were satisfied to see their child happy and living a free life. He was prescribed the next batch of medicine.
Conclusion
This case indicates that homeopathy is not a slow-acting medicine because the result duration is dependent on severity, chronicity, and many other factors. Homeopathy is a proven science, and it works on immunity and the internal healing system to give a good recovery for the long term without any side effects. So, homeopathy is strongly suggested in the urticaria complaint.
