A 32-year-old male patient, Mr. S. S. (PIN: 45591) visited Life Force and started homeopathic treatment for his complaints of urticaria on 18th June 2021.He was suffering from urticaria for 3 years. He used to develop rashes on his back, hands, and legs that used to last for 5-6 hours about 3-4 times a week. He was experiencing intense itching in the lesions with marked hypersensitivity on the skin. His symptoms used to increase on scratching and he would feel better after having a cold bath. He was using oral antihistamines once in 2 days for 1 year but found only temporary relief.
Physical Generals
He was obese and had an average appetite and excessive thirst. He would crave sweets and meat. The patient had an aversion towards green leafy vegetables.
Psychological and Family Make-Up
The patient was a software engineer. He used to stay in a nuclear family comprising his father and mother. He didn’t have any major stress in his life. The was short-tempered and would vents out anger by shouting. He was maintaining a smooth relationship with everyone at home.
Self and Family’s Medical History
The patient had a herniated disc and had taken allopathic medication in the past and was now better. He was diagnosed with Grade 1 fatty liver in 2019 which was stable with conventional treatment, and he was asymptomatic. His parents were diabetic.

Follow-Ups
At the first follow-up on 17th August 2021, the patient reported that there was a mild improvement in his relief with the homeopathic medicines. The itching had reduced than before. Now, he was taking antihistamines once every 3 days.
On 18th December 2021, the patient mentioned that there was more improvement in his relief with the homeopathic medicines. The intensity of itching has reduced remarkably and the drug dependency on antihistamines had reduced to weekly once or twice.
On 23rd February 2022, the patient reported happily that there was no severe episode after using homeopathic medicine. The spread of the disease was completely under control. He was overall stable with the homeopathic medicine and had stopped taking antihistamines

On 28th July 2022, the patient noticed a mild relapse of all his ailments due to climate change and change in the place. During his recent follow-up on 11th February 2023, the patient reported that he had no episode of urticaria. He had experienced a great recovery from urticaria with homeopathic medicines.
