A 12-year-old boy, Mr. N.G (PIN: 35287) from Delhi started online treatment from Life Force in the month of April 2018 for his complaint of Urticaria.
He was suffering from it for the past few months. He used to suffer from it after every 15 days. The duration of his episode of urticaria was around one to two days. During its episode, he used to experience the swelling of lips and swelling around the eyes. Occasionally, rashes on skin used to develop and bother him. Skin rashes used to develop up suddenly and subside after one to two days. He was taking antihistamine whenever he used to suffer from the swelling. His parents had to give him antihistamine to help the swelling and rashes on his body subside.
He had an average appetite and loved to eat sweets and chocolates. He had an average thirst for water. There were no issues with regards to his urine and stool. His sleep was refreshing.
He was living with his parents in Delhi. He was studying in school. By nature, he was very joyful and happy but used to get angry easily.
He had the complaint of alopecia areata a few years back. It was treated with homeopathy at Life Force, and he was completely better with it now. His grandfather and grandmother suffered from diabetes mellitus. There were no other major illnesses in his family.
After studying the case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed him some research-based homeopathic medicines.
First follow up
There was a drastic change seen in the first follow-up on 12th June 2018. He was better with the medicines. He experienced just one episode after starting with the homeopathic treatment. Initially, the episodes used to last for one to two days, but, after starting with homeopathic medicines, it would last just a few hours with very mild intensity. Before starting the treatment, the patient needed an antihistamine, whenever the swelling and rashes appeared on the body, but, after starting with the homeopathic treatment, he did not require antihistamine and the swelling and rashes subsided on their own.
Second follow up
On 18th August 2018, the patient reported being further better. He was almost 80% better now with the treatment. Just one episode of urticaria affected him in the past few months, but, that too, with a very mild intensity and duration. He didn’t require any antihistamine after starting with homeopathic medicines. The patient and his family were very happy with the treatment.
Third follow up
On 16th December 2018, the patient was reported to be almost 90% better now. No episodes of swelling and rash were affecting the patient from the past two to three months. He was completely better than earlier after starting with the medicines.
Fourth follow up
On 7th March 2019, the patient updated that there was a 100% improvement in his relief from urticaria with the medicines. No episode had affected him in the past few months. He was perfectly fine now.
The patient and his parents were very happy and satisfied with the treatment. They thanked Dr. Shah and the whole Life Force team for healing him completely.
Conclusion:
This case highlights that homeopathy is highly effective in treating urticaria successfully and safely without any side-effects.
