A 62-years-old middle-aged man, Mr. KJD (Patient Identification Number:24376) visited Life Force, Chembur branch on 19th December 2014.
He was suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia since eight months. The frequency of episode that he experienced was 50 times a day which lasted for two seconds, and it was gradually increasing since four months.
