A lady from Manipur visited us on 23rd September 2021 with the complaint of relapsing Urticaria. She had developed rashes 1 year before for the first time. She took anti-allergic tablets, and it got better in 2-3 months. She was asymptomatic for a year. After that, it again started developing. This time, the intensity of the hives was very severe. She used to get episodes once a week but the rashes on the skin lasted for 5 to 6 days. There was severe itching with redness and swelling on her skin. Burning after scratching was also present. The patient tried taking anti-allergic tablets but she was not getting better even with them. Physical Generals

Her detailed case history was taken. The patient had an average appetite. She had a specific desire to eat boiled vegetables. She didn’t have any specific aversion related to food. The thirst for water was adequate. She had no issues related to urine and stool. Her sleep was sound and refreshing.

Psychological and Family Make-Up

The patient was a housewife. Her husband was a Police inspector. She had one son and daughter who were studying in school. No major stress was noticed in her history.

There was no major illness in the past. Her father suffered from Hypertension.

At Life Force

Follow-Ups

On 7th March 2022, the patient updated that she was completely better now. No episode of urticaria had affected her in the last 2 months. She had completely stopped allopathic medicines, and she was only on homeopathy now. The dependency on anti-histamine or anti-allergic tablets was eliminated after starting with homeopathy.
