A (Patient Identification Number 13290) visited our clinic for the treatment of Cervical Spondylitis and Migraine on 5th February 2010.She was suffering from Cervical Spondylitis since the two years. She had severe pain which would radiate from the neck to the fingers of the left hand. There was tingling and numb sensation in the left hand and fingers. Her Cervical pain would aggravate while looking down, while lifting heavy weight and during exertion. She would take painkiller during the acute episode of pain.
She had Migraine since the last fifteen years. She would get severe hammering pain on the right side of her head which was associated with nausea. The pain would radiate from the forehead to the right side of the head. She would get pain due to exposure to sun, during stressful period. She would get acute episode of pain once or twice every month which would last for one day.

Her childhood was stressful as there was financial problem in the family and she was staying in a joint family. The relations were not healthy. She was very sensitive by nature and would take “tensions” very easily. She was very nervous from within but would never express it.
