He was suffering from this illness since the past eight years. He had lower backache and stiffness. The pain would aggravate in the morning and while bending and walking. Along with this, he was also experiencing pain in the right middle fingers and toes. He was on painkillers since one month. He had also taken injectable corticosteroids in the past.

Mr. SDB was a police constable. He had cordial relations with everyone. He didn't have job satisfaction. He always wanted to study and find another job. Due to his job, he couldn't give enough time to his family. He had the anxiety of the disease and anxiety of future too.
