He was suffering from ankylosing spondyloarthropathy since seven years. He had taken steroid in the past so at the time of his visit his most symptoms were steroid masked. That time, only right. ankle joint was majorly affected. He was suffering from throbbing and prickling pain, stiffness, heat, and swelling of the rt. ankle joint. His HLA B-27 and CPK were positive. Ankle and back.On his next follow-up on 8^th December 2016, he reported 50% improvement in the relief from pain. His other symptoms were also showing improvement.
