Master P.N.(Patient ID -56465), a 17year old 12th grade student preparing for NEET, visited Life Force Homeopathy in January 2025 with a diagnosis of Asthmatic Bronchitis that had been troubling him since 2022.
He presented with recurrent respiratory attacks characterized by chest congestion, breathlessness, nasal congestion, sneezing, and a persistent dry or productive cough. These episodes typically lasted 15-20 days, occurred 3-4 times a year, and were moderate in severity. An X-ray Chest PA View (28.08.2025) showed prominent broncho-vascular markings with hilar congestion and few hilar nodular opacities, suggestive of bronchitis with an infective etiology and enlarged hilar lymph nodes.
His family history revealed allergic rhinitis in his mother, and his condition had a strong allergic component. A serum IgE test was also advised to confirm underlying hypersensitivity.
