A case male aged 30 years Registered in 2024 (Patient ID: 54911) was having symptoms of Allergic rhinitis with constant sneezing with coryza, alternating nasal blockage, and profuse lachrymation with profuse watery discharge from the nose since 2004. The frequency of sneezing was once/twice every month, with a duration of sneezing once started lasting for 2-3 hours to 4 days. His complaints would get worse after exposure to the fan, early morning cold winds as soon as he would get out of bed, and a change of weather. He felt better in warm weather. He was allergic to dust, fumes, and strong powders. He was dependent on Tab. Allegra (Fexofenadine) 120 mg, one tablet daily, for the past 6 months.
In the past, he had a history of recurrent cough in childhood, which was under control with Homeopathy.
Family History
His father suffered from high blood pressure, and his mother had complaints of Lichen planus, warts, and Underactive thyroid. His maternal grandmother suffered from Diabetes.
Mental Generals
The patient was raised in an affluent family and has joined his father in the family business. Because his father has been so strict since he was a child, the patient is afraid of him. His father never supports him, and he does not have a father figure in his life. He is extremely nervous, scared to make decisions, and will consider options two or three times before deciding on anything because of his strict parents. Since her mother also works, he feels neglected all the time. When things do not go his way, he becomes agitated over trivial matters. He felt like a failure all the time.

Follow-ups
First Follow-Up
