A 42-year-old male patient (Patient ID: 54178) visited Mulund clinic in March 2024 to treat his allergic rhinitis of 20 years. He used to have daily episodes of runny nose, itching nose, and throat, facial congestion, fever, body aches triggered by dust, change in weather, and strong fragrances. The episodes were milder earlier but have progressed for the last year due to constant exposure to dust particles from nearby construction work and pollution. The patient had to depend on conventional treatment, consisting of antihistamines for short-term relief.
Associated illness:
The patient was under conventional treatment for Hypertension.
Family history of illness:
Apart from hypertension, there was no history of similar complaints in his family.
Personal setup:
The patient was a businessman in glass product manufacturing. He was attached to his family and was reserved and anxious by nature, but he shared cordial relations with all in the family and at work. His daily schedule was erratic due to his work responsibilities, leading to mostly delayed meals and sleep.

Based on his case details, Dr Shah prescribed homeopathic medicines for six weeks duration and asked to be updated later. A few investigations were advised to be done, and he was suggested to make some changes in his lifestyle as well.
Follow ups:

During the next three months till Feb 2025, the patient happily reported he had no major complaints at all and was never required to take any conventional medicines, despite having exposure to dust and paint almost daily. During the next two months, the patient had no complaints, despite being exposed to dust and strong smells many times. He was prescribed by Dr Shah last and asked to stop treatment as he was completely cured.
Conclusions:
