A 40-year-old male patient, Mr. M.K. (PIN: 37623) visited the Borivali branch of Life Force on 6th August 2018 with the complaints of cervical spondylitis. He was suffering from the pain and stiffness in his neck since three to four years, and, now, it had aggravated from the last 15 days. Mr. M.K. was a singer and required to travel often for performing in the shows. His neck pain had started due to the same reason. The pain was bothering him daily, and there was also a swelling visible in that area.

His left shoulder pain was more than the pain in the right shoulder. The pain would alternate between the left and right shoulder. He was experiencing a stitching bruised kind of pain. The left shoulder pain would radiate in the left arm. He was also experiencing a restricted movement of the neck. His sleep was disturbed due to the pain. He had to take painkillers for the pain to subside. His pain would get aggravated on exertion, and his relief from the pain would be better by exercising.
Besides this, Mr. M.K. also complained of fissure-in-ano from 8 to 10 years which was stable from 7 to 8 months. He would experience pain and burning sensation around the anus. His complaint would get aggravated while and after passing the stools or after eating the spicy food. He also complained of corn on the right foot from two to three years. He would experience a pinching pain in the corn. As of now, the pain was stable and he was not concerned about it.
Mr. M.K. had a mixed diet and would love eating mutton and spicy food. He has excessive thirst, and he used to drink three to four liters of water a day. He used to sweat profusely, particularly on the face. He cannot tolerate the hot weather or summers.

On 12th November 2018, Mr. M.K. reported on call for the feedback and said that his pain had aggravated again since a month. His medicines were further revised, based on the complaints.
Mr. M.K. filled up the progress report online on 31st December 2018 and mentioned that his relief from the complaints was much better after the last batch of the revised medicines. The frequency and duration of pain had reduced significantly. He mentioned that his pain has gone and almost never bothered him again.

On the 4th March 2019, Mr. M.K. filled up the last progress report saying that he is very happy with the treatment. He said he was fine and experienced pain very rarely.
