He used to have a runny nose with sticky phlegm, sneezing, and dry cough when exposed to dust. The episodes were milder earlier but have been progressing for the last year, as he was constantly exposed to dust particles from construction work near his home. The patient had to depend on conventional treatment, consisting of antihistamines and antibiotics, which helped for short-term relief until the next episodes. Associated Illness The patient was a known case of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, IHD (ischaemic heart disease with a stent placed), and hypercholesterolemia and was stable with conventional medications for the last 13 years. Follow-Ups

Also, he was asked to be regular in his follow-up.For the next six to eight months, the patient was without any complaints despite being exposed to dust almost daily as he was supervising the construction work.
