A 6-year-old child from Haryana, Mast. K.S. (PIN: 36228) visited Life Force clinic along with his parents for the complaints of Urticaria on 20th March 2018.
The patient had been suffering from urticaria for 3 years. He used to experience severe itching with burning pain and hives all over his body. The patient used to suffer from 2 to 3 episodes of urticaria daily that used to last for 10 to 20 minutes. It always used to get triggered by sun exposure, exertion, stress, and even by touch. His relief from the complaints used to get better with the cold application.
The patient's Serum IgE levels were also found to be High (588.6 IU/mL).
The patient had to take anti-histamines frequently for his complaints, but, with it, he only used to get temporary relief.
The patient was a vegetarian by diet.
He had craving for fruits and milk and had an aversion to eggs. He used to sweat on his forehead easily, and he was thermally hot. The patient enjoyed a sound sleep, and he had the habit of talking in his sleep and used to dream often about his daily routine.
The patient studied in the 1st standard. He was introvert and had a few friends. The patient was academically good but had low confidence. The relations with his sister were good.

First Follow-Up

Second follow up
After 3 months of homeopathic treatment, when the patient gave a follow-up on 2nd June 2018, the patient was 80% better.
Third follow up

Fourth follow up
During the monsoon, the patient had experienced an aggravation. The ailments were not specifically known. At that time, Dr. Shah revised his prescription and prescribed him Dulcamara 30.
After that, the patient's relief from the complaints was much better with the reduction in the frequency of episodes.
Fifth follow up
When the patient last reported on 10th February 2019, he was 90% better. The intensity and duration of urticaria were much reduced.
