A 46-year-old female from Delhi, Mrs. P. M. (PIN: 43421) started treatment from Life Force Homeopathy for her complaint of Urticaria on 23rd July 2020.The patient was suffering from this skin condition since 15 years. The unpleasant, discomforting rashes used to develop on her body daily for 5-6 months in a year. She used to experience itching and rashes all over her body. The patient had to take anti-allergic tablets daily or else urticaria would flare up on her skin. She had taken steroids in the past when it had become very severe. She also had a complaint of hair fall in the last few months.
Physical General
The patient’s appetite was average. She loved all types of sweets and had a strong disliking for soybeans. Her thirst for water was average. She had no issues related to the urine and stool. Her sleep was sound and refreshing.
Psychological and Family Make-Up
The patient was a teacher. Her husband was running a business. She was very sensitive and emotional.
Self and Family’s Medical History
The patient had not suffered from any other major illness in the past. Her mother suffered from hypertension and diabetes.
At Life Force
After studying the case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed some research-based homeopathic medicines to the patient.
Follow-Ups
On 25th September 2020, the patient reported that there were no major changes with the medicines. She was still getting rashes along with itching daily. She had to take antihistamine daily to control the discomfort of hives. There was no noticeable change with medicines. Based on this feedback, Dr. Shah revised the medicines and prescribed them to the patient.
On 12th November 2020, the patient reported that she was a lot better with the medicines. She got hardly 1 or 2 rashes on the skin with minimal itching. She had reduced the dose of antihistamine medicines. The patient was overall better with the medicines.
On 5th March 2021, the patient reported that she was further better with the medicines. No major episode of urticaria had affected her since she started with homeopathic treatment. She had stopped antihistamine since a few days and was only on homeopathy now. Even after stopping the antihistamine, no major episode of urticaria affected her. There was overall recovery with medicines. The patient was very happy with the results.
On 9th September 2021, the patient reported that she was 100% better with medicines. No episode of urticaria affected her now. The patient was completely better, and she was not required to take any allopathic medicines. She is perfectly fine now.
