A 55-years-old male patient, Mr. M.L.C (PIN 30195) from Bihar contacted us on 2nd November 2016 for his complaint of trigeminal neuralgia. He was suffering from this critical pain since 5 to 6 years. He was experiencing electric current like pain on his right side of the face. The pain was of radiating type that used to start under his ear and used to radiate to the tongue. His pain was so severe and unbearable that he was unable to do any work whenever he used to get this pain. Even a slightest touch would aggravate his pain. The pain was more during brushing the teeth, while eating, and sometimes while speaking loudly. He was on allopathic medicines for a long period, but obtained no relief.
In past, he had tuberculosis at the age of 20.
Physically, he was flabby. His appetite was average. He had a strong craving for fish, sour food, and salty and spicy food. He was having a strong dislike for meat and sweets.
