A 47-year-old female from Nashik, Dr. M. P. (PIN: 33044) started treatment from Life Force in August 2017 for her complaint of oral and genital lichen planus.She was suffering from these difficult types of lichen planus for 4-5 years. The lesions were present on her tongue, gums, and the inner sides of her cheeks. She was experiencing pain and burning in the mouth. She was unable to eat any food added with spices, as it would make her experience an extreme burning sensation in the mouth. She had a few lesions on her genitals too. The patient was experiencing itching, pain, and burning in the private parts. She was taking allopathic medicines but they were not helping her significantly.

The patient was a non-vegetarian. She had an average appetite. She loved to eat sweets. Her thirst was average. She had no complaints related to the urine and stool. Her sleep was sound.
Self and Family Make-Up
The patient was a doctor by profession, and she was running her hospital with her husband in Nashik. She had one son. Often, she had stress related to work.
Personal and Family's Medical History
She never had any major illnesses in the past. The patient had no family history of any serious disease.

On 22nd October 2020, the patient reported that there was a further recovery with medicines. Now, she was able to eat normal food with little spices.
