She had been experiencing moderate pain on both sides of her neck, with the intensity being more prominent on the left side. Along with the localized discomfort, she reported radiating pain from her neck extending to the fingers of both hands. The tingling sensation was specifically noted in her left hand, indicating possible nerve compression.
