A woman in her 30s who works for an IT company. On November 27, 2022, Mrs. T.D. (Patient ID: 49925) paid a visit to Life Force. Since 2020, she has experienced allergic rhinitis. Her symptoms were a series of ten to twelve morning sneezes, watery nasal discharge, sore throat, and lachrymation. Episodes used to occur three to four times per month and lasted two to three days. Dust, pollution, the smell of mustard oil, and strong odors used to aggravate it. After a year, she stopped using nasal spray (Otrivin). She occasionally used Tab. Cetirizine.
Her case was taken in detail by an associate doctor, and looking at her history, she was advised a few basic tests which were useful in deciding the course of her treatment -

Physical Generals
She had only a vegetarian diet. She was cravings for sweets. She disliked spicy foods. She used to feel thirstless. Her stools and urine were satisfactory. Her sleep was sound.

She was calm, mild, and cool by nature.
Family History
Her father and mother had no specific medical history. Her paternal grandmother had a history of diabetes mellitus.
Dr Shah reviewed the case in detail and prescribed the remedy after going through the case on 27-11-2022.
Follow-Ups
At the patient''s follow-up on December 1, 2023, she reported less throat irritation and nasal turbinate swelling, a modest decrease in the frequency of colds that lasted only one day, but lachrymation was the same as before.
At the patient''s subsequent follow-up on February 26, 2023, the patient''s problems had improved by 50–60% from the previous month. The frequency of sneezing bouts was decreased to two to three per month. As before, there was nasal turbinate swelling. There was less throat irritation. Lachrymation was present along with the persistent, watery, fluent coryza.
The third follow-up, which took place on April 11, 2023, found that her complaints had improved by 80%. Since the last follow-up, she has only experienced two episodes. 4-5 sneezes every episode. Lachrymation and watery fluent Coryza decreased throughout episodes. There was less swelling at the nasal turbinates. The inflammation of my throat has significantly improved.
She thereafter continued the treatment for three years, during which time her progress graph consistently improved. She is fully recovered from her most recent follow-up, which was conducted on 09-02-2025. She kept up the treatment during her pregnancy, and even though she is nursing now, she still decides to stick with it.
