A 33-year-old male patient, Patient identification number: 51864 visited Life Force Homeopathy, Jayanagar Branch, on June 30, 2023, for the treatment of Urticaria, which he had been suffering from since 2016. His primary symptoms included rashes all over his body, accompanied by itching and a sensation of heat. The patient had been relying on antihistamines every three days for the past month. He experienced episodes of Urticaria once every three days, each lasting 15-20 minutes. Additionally, he had two episodes of angioedema over the past seven years, characterized by swelling of the lips, face, and areas around the eyes.

Physical generals:

A general and physical examination was conducted, during which his blood pressure and weight were checked and recorded.
