A 54-year-old middle-aged man, Mr. N.M.J. (PIN: 32505) visited Life Force, Chembur branch on 20th June 2017.
He was suffering from urticaria for the last 12 years. He had developed an intolerable itching and redness all over the body. His episode used to appear only when he would stop using an antihistamine. He used to experience an aggravation in his complaints after exposure to the dust, pesticides, and when his sleep would get distributed.
He was taking conventional medicines for glaucoma, diabetes mellitus, and hypertension.
He was fair and had an average stature. He used to consume a vegetarian diet. He had an average appetite & used to consume large quantities of water. He passed satisfactory stools daily. He enjoyed sound sleep.
His father was diagnosed with hypertension and heart disease.
He was reserved and calm by nature. He had the fear of water. He did not have any stress in his life. He had a good relationship with all his family members.
Dr. Shah studied his case in detail and prescribed one of the research-based medicines to the patient.
First follow up
After one and a half months of the treatment, when he visited us for the first follow-up on 25th July 2017, he had experienced 25% improvement in his relief from itching and redness.
Second follow up
The severity of his disease had reduced gradually.
Third follow up
After 6-7 months of the treatment, when he visited us on 28th December 2017, the severity of his disease had reduced gradually. Overall, there was a 50% improvement in his health.
Fourth follow up
On 20th May 2018, when the patient visited us, his relief was much better. His dependency on antihistamine had reduced a lot.
Fifth follow up
Again, when the patient visited us on 4th September 2018, there was 80% improvement in his relief from the condition.
He is still under our care and has not experienced any episodes of urticaria since then.
Conclusion:
This case highlights that homeopathy offers relief from urticaria and also reduces the dependency on anti-histamines to a great extent. Homeopathy treats urticaria effectively and safely without any side-effects.
