A 51-years-old man, Mr. A B (PIN 23336) visited Life Force Homeopathy Chembur clinic in August 2014 with complaints of Lichen Planus, which involved his palms, soles, hands, and the inner side of his mouth including the tongue. His skin condition was so extensive that even nails and genitals were involved.

The patient was suffering from Lichen planus from the last 3 years. He had taken the conventional medicines including steroidal creams for the same but found no long-term relief. His skin condition i.e. Lichen Planus kept on reappearing again after the stoppage of the allopathic medicines, so the patient was troubled when he visited us.

After studying his case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed him the research-based homeopathic medicines. The patient was also diabetic, so he was advised to continue his diabetic medications along with the homeopathic medicines. His steroidal medications were reduced as per our proper instructions.

By October 2014, there was a 50% remarkable improvement in his existing condition.

By the end of July 2015, he had experienced 60% relief from the oral lichen planus. Even after the stoppage of the steroids, the condition was in control and his improvement continued. His nails had also started recovering.

The patient’s oral lichen planus disappeared almost completely in the month of December 2016. The thickness of all his lesions and itching had almost vanished. His medications were continued for a complete recovery.

In the month of January 2018, the patient experienced up to 90% recovery from the oral lichen planus. The patient is continuing our medications for a complete recovery. 

Conclusion:

Homeopathy is the best solution for a complete recovery for difficult cases like lichen planus. The conventional medications include steroids which are more harmful than the disease. Homeopathy is not only highly effective in treating conditions like oral lichen planus but also completely safe without any side-effects.
