A 60-year-old female patient, Mrs. S. C. (PIN: 6966) visited Life Force Homeopathy’s Vashi clinic for her treatment for allergic rhinitis. She was suffering from it since 2004.She was experiencing sneezing 4 to 6 bouts continuously early morning. Her complaints used to get aggravated by dust, smoke, cold air, mild watery coryza, left nose block, dull pain in the left temporal region, and mild lachrymation.
Her main concern was her loss of taste for 1 month. The patient was doubtful about the continuous use of natrum mur 6X for 5 months of self-medication. She suffered from Covid-19 in January 2022Her associated disease was Hypercholesterolemia for which she was on conventional treatment and stable. She also had an underactive thyroid, which was stable on thyroid supplements.

Follow-Ups
At the follow-up on 14th June 2022, the patient was better in relief from the intensity of the headache. The sneezing bout had reduced. She was experiencing a taste of food in her mouth.On the follow-up on 24th July 2022, the patient’s relief was 60% better in sneezing, headache, and lachrymation. Also, she was experiencing a taste of food in her mouth.
At the follow-up on 4th September 2022, the patient was better. She was experiencing sneezing episodes once a week, and for the rest days, she was fine. She took tab Allegra 4 times/month.
At the follow-up on 2nd December 2022, the intensity of her episode had reduced by 80%. Morning sneezing and watery discharge had reduced greatly. She experienced nose blocking only occasionally. She had no headache. And, she does not need any conventional medicine now.
