His symptoms included mild swelling of the legs and feet, occasional body itching. There was no history of weight loss or any other major symptoms related to HIV. He would get angry at trifles and lacked seriousness regarding his illness. He also tends to hide facts and is non-communicative.

Nutritional supplements were advised for deficiencies seen in earlier blood reports. However, subsequent investigations were not done due to financial limitations. Follow-ups:
31/05/2018: Itching all over the body reduced. No major complaints. Patient responded well to ART in the early monitoring phase, with no complications.
28/01/2019: Overall improvement. No fever episodes or weight loss. General health is improving. No opportunistic infections.
03/02/2020: Investigations again advised but not done. Patient is stable and asymptomatic with no signs of infections or weight loss.
18/03/2021: Patient had stopped ART one year prior and was not on any medication. Continued to do well with homeopathic treatment with no complaints.
08/09/2022: Patient reported lethargy and dryness. Had a one-day fever after exposure to rain, which resolved without medication. No weight loss.
20/06/2024: Patient reported feeling better with no fever or weakness. Remains asymptomatic.
Conclusion:
This case demonstrates consistent symptomatic improvement and long-term stability in the HIV condition under Life Force Homeopathy care. The patient successfully stopped ART medication and remained asymptomatic, free from drug dependency, and able to lead a normal life. Though investigations were advised periodically, regular clinical monitoring and follow-ups guided the treatment to a successful outcome.
