Life Force Helped a Software Engineer Overcome Skin & Genital Lichen planus
A 43-year-old patient (Patient ID: 48194) consulted at Life Force on 24th May 2022 for lichen planus. He had been suffering from this skin condition for 4 years, with frequent relapses in areas such as between the left index and middle fingers, the right fifth toe, the left thumb, and the genital region. The symptoms included itching and burning pain.
He had been using immunosuppressants and steroid-based treatments for the past year, which had masked the condition. The patient was also diabetic and had hyperlipidemia, for which he was on conventional medications.

Past Medical History: The patient had a history of COVID-19. There was no history of any surgical intervention.
Mental generals:
The patient is affectionate by nature. There is a tendency to get irritable quickly. He gets angry, but it is usually short-lived. He loves music and maintains a regular exercise routine. There is some work-related stress.

Follow ups.
After 2 months of medication, on 21.7.2022, follow-up was taken, and itching and Burning was slightly better. On hands and Feet relapse is seen slightly.
On 17.9.2022, Better, no spread, Lesions were Healing, he was quite happy, he was dvised to taper and stop Steriods.
On 10.1.2023, He was much better; only hyperpigmentation remains, with no itching. Lesions between fingers had completely resolved.
On 21.3.2023, Mild relapse of the lesion in the skin got better in a few days. No spread. Lesions on the shaft of the penis got completely healed.
From 31.5.2023 to 11.6.2024, Regular follow up were taken. No visible lesion on the body, no relapse in a year.
