For the past 15 days, he had a painful, red, boil-like swelling near the anal opening, with whitish discharge. The pain was unbearable during this episode.
A transanal ultrasound performed on 6th May 2024 revealed a left posterior perianal abscess measuring 3.0 × 0.6 cm, extending up to the anal orifice, indicating an acute-on-chronic infection.Upon initial consultation, a comprehensive case history was taken, focusing on physical and mental state.
Physical Makeup
Patient followed a vegetarian diet. His appetite and thirst were average.Bowel movements and sleep patterns were regular.
Family History and Background

Past History

Follow-Ups
