How Homeopathy Helped an Adult Overcome ADD and Anxiety Naturally
A case of a male aged 27 years was registered (Patient ID: 49961), and he started the treatment of Anxiety Disorder in April 2024 at Life Force Homeopathy. He was a warm-hearted soul with dreams as vast as the sky and ambitions that sparkled like stars. However, beneath his cheerful façade lay the weight of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and anxiety, which had slowly begun to overshadow his productivity and happiness. He had always been a creative thinker, but over the past year, he had noticed a troubling shift in his ability to focus. Simple tasks would stretch into lengthy struggles, and conversations with friends and family often left him feeling lost and confused. His mind would race, filled with unending thoughts that led to indecisiveness and restlessness. The trigger for this downward spiral had been the loss of his best friend due to angina, leaving him grappling with not just grief but an added layer of anxiety about both his performance in life and the responsibilities of the family business.
After a thorough assessment, Dr. Shah prescribed a customized homeopathic treatment and discussed lifestyle changes that could support his journey to focus. He was encouraged to incorporate meditation and regular exercise into his routine, emphasizing the importance of nurturing his mental health.
Follow-ups:
First follow-up: On June 25, 2024, the first follow-up was conducted. There were no changes or worsening of symptoms. His self-doubt, stemming from his ideas not gaining approval in family business meetings, continued. He experienced anxiety, restlessness, and difficulty sleeping due to overthinking and stress. He was not on any conventional medication.
Second follow-up: On 24 August 2024, the second follow-up was done. His restlessness and anxiety have reduced slightly. His sleep was also improving. Along with homeopathic treatment, he started doing meditation as well.
Third follow-up: On 10 October 2024, the third follow-up was done. The patient was further improved compared to the last follow-up. He started sleeping well; however, restlessness persisted. He still found it difficult to socialize, and while his indecisiveness remained the same, his concentration had improved somewhat.
Fourth follow-up: On 12 December 2024, he was sleeping well. Forgetfulness, restlessness, and poor concentration had reduced; his anxiety had improved; and both confusion and indecisiveness had decreased.
Last follow-up: The last follow-up was done on 28 March 2025. The patient was 80% better. His sleep was good; forgetfulness, restlessness, anxiety, and poor concentration have improved. He started socializing with new people and was able to mix with new people. His repetitive behavior of constantly cracking knuckles was reduced by 80%.
Conclusion:
This case illustrates that ADD is highly treatable with the right combination of Homeopathic medicines and lifestyle changes in a short period. Homeopathic remedies are gentle and safe, and they can be very effective in treating anxiety.
