On February 8, 2016, a 57-year-old sister came to Life Force Homeopathy complaining of psoriasis vulgaris. She had extensive psoriasis, with lesions on her scalp (mostly on the right temporal lobe), ears, hands (dorsal aspect), forearms, arms, hips, thighs, legs, feet, back, and abdomen. For the past 14 years, she has been dealing with this complaint. Following her 1999 hysterectomy for a bilateral chocolate cyst, the first lesion developed on her abdomen.
Large patches of dry, red lesions were present. The lesions presented symmetrically on both sides. Both tenderness and scaling were present in the lesions. The level of itching was moderate. When the patient would forcefully remove the scales, the lesions would bleed. There was nail involvement as well.
The patient used to treat the lesions with steroid-based ointment. From 2010 to 2013, allopathic treatment was used, but it only provided short-term relief. For one and a half years, from 2013 to 2015, homeopathic treatment was also used; it improved but did not completely cure the patient. After two months of Ayurvedic treatment, the patient showed no improvement.
She suffered from allergic bronchitis as a child. In her family, her uncle had prostate cancer, and her mother had bone cancer. Her parents were hypertensive and diabetic.She was an administrative officer in a provisional house; she had significant duties to perform as part of her job.

During the first few months of treatment, the patient began to feel better overall as the itching, scaling, and tenderness decreased. As of December 27, 2017, the patient reported feeling 60–70% better than when she began treatment. In the following follow-up, her condition gradually improved.
The patient reported an increase in her complaints in September of 2017, and when she talked about it further, she mentioned the stress in her workplace, which she then linked to the recent flare-up in her symptoms. Since the patient had a new trigger factor this time, Dr. Shah prescribed medication for her improvement.
After making the required medication changes, the patient recovered once more. According to the patient's follow-up on July 11, 2019, she began to feel better up to 60 to 70%. The disease's progression was halted. Comparing the initial stage before the medication was started, the presenting symptoms—such as itching, tenderness, and scaling—decreased significantly.
