Her chief complaints included dryness of skin, hyperpigmented scars on bilateral cheeks, hyperpigmentation of lips, swollen, flaky, and painful eyelids, slight itching, breakouts on the face with a burning sensation, sensitive skin, and dryness of legs. Notably, the patient had a strong family history of autoimmune and skin disorders, with her grandmother suffering from eczema, her father suffering from asthma and sinusitis, and her mother suffering from Lichen planus pigmentosa.
