BMC Assistant Resumes Normal Life After 15 Year Anxiety Struggle

Mr. J.K., a 45-year-old male working as an office assistant at BMC, diagnosed with anxiety neurosis, visited the Life Force Thane branch to start treatment. His wife was an existing patient of Life Force Homeopathy (Patient Identification Number: 52704). He has been struggling with anxiety neurosis since 2009. His anxiety manifested as an intense fear of people, leading to palpitations and severe sleep disturbances. He often experienced anger and irritability, found it difficult to concentrate, and had a significantly reduced appetite. His thoughts were constantly crowded, making him restless and impatient. He was on Tab Naltima 50 (Naltrexone) 1 tab OD from 2020 to 2023, and Tab Saltimate 50 mg (Sertraline) 1 tab OD from 2009 to 2014. Trigger factors were not being on good terms with his father’s family and family issues.

He also had a history of hypertension and diabetes, both managed with conventional medication. He had a history of alcohol addiction for 4 to 5 years, drinking whiskey at night for more than a quarter.

Family history: Father had depression.

At Life Force Homeopathy, a detailed case history was taken by an associate doctor, and the case was studied in-depth by Dr. Rajesh Shah, who prescribed Calcarea carbonicum. Blood tests were conducted, and dietary recommendations were provided. Some supplement deficiency was found in the blood report, so supplements were suggested.

Follow-ups:

First follow-up (24.11.2023): After starting treatment at Life Force, the patient showed notable improvement in his anxiety symptoms, fear, and social interaction. He reported a 30% reduction in the intensity of his fear. He had started picking up phone calls and talking to family members, although his alcohol intake had slightly increased. Importantly, he had stopped taking Naltima 50, a medication he had been dependent on since 2020. The palpitations were less frequent and less intense. Sleep had improved, and he was less easily angered. Depression and the frequency of depressive episodes had decreased.

Second follow-up (07.01.2024): The condition had further improved in terms of fear and social interaction. He was now more comfortable mixing with people and engaging in conversations. Palpitations had further reduced. He was able to control his anger and react appropriately to situations. He started getting more involved with family and friends, and fearful dreams of people hurting him had reduced.

Third follow-up (22.02.2024): He reported significant progress. Anger and irritability had shown 60% improvement, with depressive episodes occurring only once every 15 days. Social engagement improved. He had enjoyed going out and meeting friends, which led to an increase in alcohol consumption. Palpitations had continued to reduce in frequency and intensity. Sleep was consistently good with fewer interruptions. Crowded thoughts and impatience had decreased. He was not on any conventional medication.

Fourth follow-up (24.04.2024): His anxiety was much better managed. He experienced only mild fear and palpitations when surrounded by many people talking at once. His sleep quality was good, and his alcohol intake had reduced. He enjoyed social interactions and maintained a good relationship with his family.

Fifth follow-up (06.06.2024): He had shown remarkable improvement—80% better—with a significant reduction in fear and better communication with people. He was able to handle work stress well, particularly during a stressful election period, and had a good relationship with his wife and son. He had stopped all conventional medications for anxiety. Mild depression occurred once every 20 days but was manageable and less severe.

Conclusion:

This case illustrates the potential of Life Force Homeopathic treatment in managing and significantly improving the symptoms of anxiety neurosis, enhancing the patient’s quality of life, and reducing dependence on conventional medication. Over eight months of treatment, Mr. J.K. experienced substantial relief from anxiety neurosis. His fear of people reduced significantly, allowing him to engage more with family and friends and handle work stress effectively. He had stopped all conventional medications for anxiety.
