49 years old female got complete relief in migraine pain within 1 year of homeopathic treatment at LifeForce

A 49-year-old female, Mrs. S. P. (Patient ID: 41159) from Raipur, visited and started homeopathic treatment in September 2019 for the complaint of Migraine. She was suffering from it for 8 years. There was severe pain in the right side of the head. It used to happen once a month. The pain became very intense and unbearable. There was heaviness in the eyes and forehead. There was no episode of vomiting along with pain. Pain continued throughout the day. She was also getting sensitive to light and sound during episodes. The patient had to take painkillers every month to get relief from her pain, but it was temporary. Her problem was not getting solved permanently. She searched for the treatment of migraine and came across Life Force Homoeopathy. Hence, she visited us for the treatment.

The patient had an average appetite. There were specific cravings for sweets. There was no aversion to food. Her thirst for water was average. Sleep was sound and refreshing. There were no issues with urine and stool.

She was an engineer by profession. Her husband had a business. She had two kids. There was often stress related to work. The patient was naturally short-tempered and irritable. She often got annoyed very easily. She wanted things to be done her way. She was extroverted and talkative.

There were no other major illnesses in the past. Her mother had a history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus.

After studying the case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed her some research-based homeopathic medicines. Also, she was prescribed some vitamins as her vitamin levels were low in the investigation reports.

There was a great improvement within the first follow-up. On 7th November 2019, the patient reported that she was 40% better in her complaint. The frequency of attacks was the same, but the intensity and duration were reduced from before. The headache and heaviness of the head during episodes were not as severe as they used to be. The sensitivity to light and sound, which was earlier present during episodes, was less now. She had to take painkillers during episodes, but there was an overall change noticed with the medicines.

On 1st January 2020, the patient reported that she was further better with the medicines. The frequency and intensity of episodes were reduced. The episodes were reduced to once every two months. The intensity of head pain and the heaviness of the head were also less now. The sensitivity to light and sound was reduced. The patient still had to take painkillers during episodes, but the frequency of taking painkillers was reduced compared to before. There was an overall improvement with the medicines.

On 14th July 2020, the patient informed that she was very much better with the medicines. There was a great improvement with the treatment. There has been no episode of migraine for the past 3-4 months. There was no episode of headache or any heaviness of the head. She was not on any other medicines now apart from Homeopathy. The patient was very happy and relieved of her migraine with the treatment. She was able to do her daily activity without any fear of getting a migraine episode. She was overall recovering with the medicine.

On 19th February 2021, the patient reported that she was absolutely fine now. There was no episode of migraine for almost a year. She had no headaches or heaviness of head. She was perfectly fine. She had not taken any painkillers for almost a year. The patient was very happy with the recovery. Despite having no episodes of migraine, she continued the treatment for the maintenance dose and to prevent them from happening in the future.
