Ms. K. J. (Pin L- 11100) came to the clinic with complaint of hives since one and half years. She had been suffering with the urticaria everyday and the itching was uncontrollable. She also had episodes of angioedema on lips. She had been on steroids for two months and was on antihistamines on regularly since past one and half years.
As long as the steroids continued, the hives were relieved, and after discontinuing the steroids, the urticaria had relapsed.
She was a vegetarian, with craving for salty food. The urine and bowel movements were normal. Her thirst was average and there was intolerance to heat. She had sound sleep.
She was short tempered, would often get angry on trifles. She was quarrelsome, would backanswer and beat her siblings. She believed in “Tit for Tat”. Her memory was good and she was punctual.

First follow up
In 8 weeks, her urticaria was 50% better. The hives were less frequent. The itching had reduced considerably. The dependency on antihistamines had reduced.
Second follow up
